Embraer delivered a total of 28 jets in the third quarter of 2020, including seven commercial and 21 executive jets (19 light and two large). Backlog as of September 30, 2020 was $ 15.1 billion. Details in the following table:
In the third quarter of 2020, Embraer Aviação Executiva reached the mark of 250 executive jets operating in Latin America with the delivery of a Phenom 100EV and a Phenom 300E to two Brazilian customers.
During the same period, Embraer Aviação Executiva delivered the first Phenom 300E with the new Bossa Nova interior to Joe Howley, co-founder of Patient Airlift Services (PALS). Also in the third quarter, Helvetic Airways signed a contract to convert four of its remaining firm orders for the E195-E2 jet. The original order for 12 E190-E2 aircraft with purchase rights for an additional 12 and conversion to the E195-E2 was announced in September 2018.
So far, Embraer has delivered five E190-E2s to Helvetic Airways. Delivery of the remaining seven aircraft, including the four E195-E2, will be completed before the end of 2021. In addition, Bamboo Airways from Vietnam has started operations and started operations with two used E195 jets of the first generation of e-jets.
